He also managed a company-wide Y2K software remediation process for a large, regional utility company and oversaw the installation of a $16.8 million data and telephone network for a university and two hospitals. More recently, he developed Advantage Suite, an innovative web-based office management tool that is a successful and practical application to integrate systems and streamline administrative functions. Today, as the president and founder of ITX Corp, Ralph specializes in business and technology consulting.
In his role as manager of business performance practices, Ralph closely manages all client relationships, ensuring that clients become more efficient through a redesigned and automated value chain, as well as through analysis of processes to make them more measurable. His extensive experience in executive information technology management for large implementations resulted in the development of several methodologies for the efficient delivery of professional services, including a CMM Level II compliant software development process.
In providing strategic IT consulting for firms in diverse industries, including banking, healthcare, telecommunications and business services, Ralph creates linkage between organizations’ strategic goals, initiatives and work processes. From order entry to collections analysis, Ralph analyzes every step of processes tied to organizational strategy, building efficient business systems uniquely designed to get work done through a powerful synergy of technology and people. The consistent result is lowered costs and leaner, more efficient organizations. Since its inception in 1997, ITX has grown to include nine major practices, with employees in two countries.
